Owyhee Dam Increasing Flows into the Owyhee River!
- Beginning Feb. 25th, 2025, the Owyhee Dam will be releasing increased flows into the Owyhee River. The current plan is to release 1,000CFS 2/25. If you are located on the Owyhee River, please be prepared for increased river flows!
- The District may need to increase flows again in the near future. We will post flow changes on our website & Facebook/Instagram when changes are scheduled.

2025 Assessment Fee & Water Allotment
- Assessment fee is $76.50 per acre + Small Acreage Fee for parcels 5 acres or less
- Allotment is 4 Acre Feet
- A meeting of the Owyhee Irrigation District Board will be held on March 18th, 2025 at 10am at the district office located at 422 Thunderegg Blvd. Nyssa, Oregon 97913. A meeting of the Joint Board of Directors will follow at 1pm.
- If you wish to attend by telephone, please call our office by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting to get a call-in number.
